Northgate Judo and Jiu-Jitsu collects only what it needs to run the dojo: your name and contact details when you message us or book a class, and your booking history when you purchase through the shop. We never sell your information.

What we collect

Contact-form entries (name, email, phone, message) and checkout details (name, email, billing information processed by our payment provider). Anonymous visit counts help us understand which pages are useful.

How we use it

To answer your messages, manage class bookings, process payments and send essential schedule updates. We will only send marketing messages if you explicitly ask for them.

Your rights

Write to hello@northgatedojo.com at any time to see, correct or delete your data. Booking records required for tax purposes are kept for seven years.
